I recent weeks on the show as many of you have no doubt pointed out and noticed, the shows have been quite long.
This can be put down to the lengthly in-depth interviews we've brought you along with segments like the 'wrestlemania retro break'.
We want you to give your answer to the following questions and make a list and if you want to, add a reason as well :
1)What's important to you when listening to the show -
*TV Recaps
*Discussion on WWE News
*Discussion on TNA News
*Discussion on US Indy News
*Discussion on UK News
*Discussion on Japanese wrestling news
*Guest Interviews
*Email Bag
*Retro Break
*DVD Review
2)Should there be a lot of a content on the show,plus lets say an interview with a duration of about 45mins, which would you prefer?
*The show with all the discussion, plus the interview in one.
*The show and interview made available as seperate downloads.
*The show with part of the interview,and the rest of the interview included n the following weeks show or made avaiable as bonus content.
3)How often would you like to see guest interviews included on the show (this questions based on there being 4 shows in a month)?

Quick recaps with your opinions are great.
All wrestling news is important to me.
Email Bag is a must. But perhaps limited to 3-5 questions/comments.
DVD Reviews I think should be purely a forum topic. Mention them on the show, but don't go into detail. It's also an easy way to plug the forums.
Interviews I think should be separate from the main show. I've thought this for quite a while. Plug the interview minimum of 3 times during the show though. I also think 2 interviews a month would suffice (every other week).
Retro Break is a good idea, but needs to be timed. Maybe grab an egg timer and give each person 3 minutes, that way they are pressured to get all the good stuff out without all the fluff. This way, the max time on Retro would be a max of 6-12 minutes depending on who's on that week.
Angelina needs to join the show at least once a week, same as Nick. Perhaps not at the same time though...that could turn into a clusterfvck of voices.

i agre with interviews being sperate ot the show. If they're 15 mins, they're fine on the show, but 30 minutes and over should definitely be a seperate download, i've tried to tell this to Jeremy for a year now.
Retro break for Mania, i think is good at 30 minutes... but 15 minutes for all other things i agree with.
AngelINa will be on the show one day, i'll force her to be. I'll get more than a cough out of her soon... Nick wont be on again, ever, cause the legalaties of the baby DNA dispute provent that

The interviews you conduct are very big, and an achievement for just a podcast show. They are defo something that makes you stand out from the rest of the wrasslin podcasts. So i would reccomend keeping them in. Its only worth plugging that they are downloadable on your website if you want to increase your web traffic.

As stated in the introduce yourself thread, I think you should have a seperate section for the interviews aswell as having them in the radio show. People pay $20 for a 3 hour shoot interview, so the longer interviews the better.
I dont have a problem with the length of the show its not live so if people dont enjoy certain parts then they can just skip them.

1) The only thing that doesn't really interest me is stuff related to Japan; I don't ever watch it and just don't have much desire to keep up with what's going on. Everything else is good though, I'm not sure there's anything I'd really want left out. The recaps and news you do on the big shows is always informative and entertaining, and the extra discussions on top of that really add to the show.
I've been loving the retro break - before the mania ones, what sort of things were talked about? Did you focus on people, events, time periods? I'm asking simply to get an idea of what future debates will be about. I do like that you bring in Nick for these; J&M for the majority of the show works well, but having an extra opinion really adds to the RB discussions.
The DVD reviews seem to be pretty random with their timing, no doubt due to release dates. Maybe alternating between these and the RB would work well.
2) I think that the interviews as separate downloads is a good idea. It'd be a good idea to release these midweek, it'd space out the content pretty sensibly imo.
3) I can't think of a reason why I would want less interviews. Obviously I don't want you guys to work yourselves into the ground, I appreciate the amount of work you put into the show. But if given the choice, I'd take as many as I can get - you do a great job with the questioning and getting the most out of guests, and as others have said it's something that really differentiates the show from others.

i like all the feedback for the questions, i work really hard on the questions to make sure they're not generic and offer something different than 'whats it like working with so and so' and 'do you want to work in wwe?'

Are you able to break the show down into tracks that you can skip to?
When listening to the show on my Ipod, I sometimes want to skip to different sections or go over certain parts of the show again.
Current situation:
I am having to keep my finger on the forward (search) button. This can take some time considering the show normally runs at over 3 hours (Which I have no beef with)
Other than that I am really happy with your podcasts.

Welcome to the forums whoyagonnacall, in answer to your question I don't know, lol.
I'll look into it and see what I can do, but no promises. If all else fails, I can start noting down the times for segments throughout and show and post those if people want them.

DREAMER SHOULD LOSE AT EXTREME RULZ. Why? Because he is an ECW original, and the brand has been so diluted by vince that no one who considers themselves ECW Originals Fans watch anymore. So for him to be champion would be absolutely POINTLESS.

i have no issue with the length of the show... its all good.... keep with what makes you diff than rest of wrestling podcasts..... esp. cover indy's, international etc
